Pacifique Mahirwe

Pacifique Mahirwe leads the day-to-day operations of Animals Africa Sanctuary, overseeing animal welfare, rescue and rehabilitation, strategic planning, fundraising, partnerships, and community engagement.

With a background in development studies and project management, Pacifique is passionate about creating a sanctuary where vulnerable animals receive lifelong care while inspiring compassion, education, and responsible animal welfare across Rwanda.
